Anya began practicing yoga almost 11 years ago learning the principles of basic asana practice in a group exercise environment. She quickly discovered that yoga in not only about the physical practice it\u2019s also the art of knowing one self, the functions of the body, the rhythm of the mind and the ability to look at all aspects of life. \u00a0During the pandemic Anya focused predominantly on her own practice 3rd<\/sup> limb of yoga developing a body of knowledge around anatomy and physiology, Dharma Wheel and yoga philosophy. Anya is a fully qualified and Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher specialising in Hatha and Yin Yoga. Hatha Yoga is designed to build strength and suppleness and remove tension from the body. Yin Yoga is more restorative in nature and harmonises energy lines and centres within the subtle body.<\/p>\n Anya is confident and hands on with adjustments enabling everyone to get the most from practice working with correct alignment. Her qualifications also include Yoga 200h YTT (enhanced standard by Yoga Alliance USA and a Level 3 Diploma in Yoga through the YMCA UK), 40h Yin Yoga.
